Just had our dryer repaired by Scott. The repair was done efficiently and thoroughly. Scott was pleasant and provided advice and guidance on avoiding future issues with the dryer. Thank you!

I wish I knew about HARGTA a long time ago. I was extremely pleased with how quickly everything happened. The first time I called I was greeted with a nice pleasant person who took down my issue and scheduled a service call. The technician came on time, understood the issue right away and ordered the parts the very next day! I love love HARGTA and highly recommend them to anyone in the GTA and beyond.

Fridge fixed three times with two replacement parts....problem still persists. Now not answering phone and keeping me on hold until it goes to voicemail. Very disappointed

Job not even completed yet, but very dissatisfied with service so far. Wine cooler was leaking and icing. Serviceman turned up outside of the 4 hr window quoted and was with me for less than 10 minutes. He decided what the problem "most likely" was from my description, offered a poor explanation and only looked inside the fridge to photograph the serial number. He seemed very keen to leave. I had to call the office several times to follow up on what was required only to hear that they were waiting for said serviceman to enter details. Now I am subsequently scheduled for a fuel system repair at a cost of almost $500. I am really unsure if this is justified given the lack of diagnostics performed on my appliance and minimal explanation offered. Feel very nervous.

i called hargta for my dacor wine dispenser and they were amazing in getting me the part i needed in time for my party- val , joanne and sydney were all amazing and got the part i needed which was on backorder- cannot say enough good things about this company-they go out of their way for you-do not hesitate to call them

I bough a new washer machine and it did not work after the installation. I called for guarantee and got service for HARGTA. Marcel and Chris checked the machine and fixed the door look. I feel 100% satisfaction because it was quickly and efficiently.

Marcel and Sanjay came to my house to fix the dryer and did a great job. No mess behind, tested it right in front of me and told me to try my other settings to make sure the whole thing worked. I appreciated all the info they gave me. They were kind and well informed and very helpful!
